Because our products are intended for personal use, certain return conditions apply to ensure hygiene and safety, in line with European regulations.
2. Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused
- Unopened
- In their original condition
3. Hygiene & Safety
For health and hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on products that have been opened or unsealed.
We appreciate your understanding — this ensures every product remains safe and uncompromised.
4. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return:
- Contact us with your order number
- Share a photo showing the original seal is intact
- Once approved, we’ll guide you through the next steps
Please do not send items back without prior approval.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- If approved → Refund issued within 5–10 business days
- If not eligible → Item will be returned to you
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
6. Warranty & Defects
We stand behind the quality of our products.
All devices include a 2-year limited warranty.
If something isn’t working as expected:
- Contact us with a short video
- We’ll review and resolve it quickly
Confirmed defects will be replaced free of charge.
7. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
