VELUNA offers premium intimate wellness and personal care devices. We make every effort to display product colors and images accurately. However, actual colors may vary depending on your device’s display settings.

5. Pricing and Payments

• Currency: All prices are displayed in Euros (€).

• Taxes: For customers within the European Union, prices are inclusive of applicable VAT in accordance with EU tax regulations.

• Payment Methods: We accept secure payments via Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Carte Bancaire), Apple Pay, and PayPal through our payment processor, Mollie.

6. Shipping & Discreet Delivery

• Privacy: To ensure your privacy, all orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging. No mention of the product nature or “VELUNA” appears on the exterior.

• Shipping Zone: Currently, we ship to France and select European countries.

• Estimated Delivery: For France, delivery typically takes 2-4 business days.

7. Right of Withdrawal & Return Policy

• 30-Day Policy: You have the right to return unopened and factory-sealed products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

• Hygiene Exception: In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, once the product’s hygienic seal is broken or the packaging is opened, the product is strictly non-returnable and non-refundable for health and hygiene protection reasons.

8. Limited Warranty

VELUNA provides a 2-year limited warranty on all electronic devices covering manufacturing defects or functional failures under normal use. To claim a warranty, please contact our support team with your order number and video evidence of the defect.

9. Limitation of Liability

VELUNA products are for personal use only. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products. Please read the user manual carefully.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia.

• Consumer Protection: Notwithstanding the above, as a consumer in the EU, you will benefit from mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence (e.g., French Consumer Code).

• Dispute Resolution: In accordance with EU regulations, the European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia.
